Abstract
ABSTRACTIn an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, organizations face unprecedented challenges that test their capacity for survival and growth. This comprehensive study examines the intricate relationship between various leadership stylesincluding transformational, transactional, servant, authentic, and adaptive leadershipand organizational resilience. Through detailed analysis of theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence, this research demonstrates that effective leadership is the cornerstone of organizational resilience. The study reveals that while different leadership styles contribute unique strengths to resilience-building, organizations benefit most from leaders who can dynamically adapt their approach based on situational demands, combining visionary inspiration with operational clarity and human-centered values.
