Abstract
The Library Management System (LMS) is a software application designed to automate and streamline the daily operations of a library. Developed using Java, this system facilitates efficient management of book inventories, user records, and transaction processes such as issuing and returning books. By replacing manual record-keeping with a digital solution, the LMS reduces errors, enhances data accuracy, and improves overall productivity. Key features include user authentication, real-time book tracking, fine calculation for overdue returns, and comprehensive search functionalities. The system aims to provide librarians and users with an intuitive interface for seamless interaction with the library's resources.
