Abstract
The MERN E-Commerce Platform with Integrated Chatbot Support and Real-Time Admin Analytics is a modern web-based solution aimed at enhancing online shopping experiences and improving store management efficiency. Developed using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, the platform offers a dynamic and scalable environment for both customers and administrators. It includes features such as user-friendly product browsing, secure payment integration, and personalized chatbot assistance for customer support. The admin panel is equipped with real-time analytics, enabling store owners to track sales, customer behavior, and inventory performance instantly. The system streamlines operations, enhances decision-making through data insights, and boosts customer engagement by offering interactive support.
