Abstract
MyYojana is an ML-driven e-governance chatbot designed to simplify access to government-sponsored financial schemes for individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. The system provides a unified digital platform where users can explore loans, insurance programs, eligibility requirements, and application procedures with ease. By integrating authentic data sources such as RBI and NABARD, the chatbot ensures reliable and up-to-date information delivery. The solution employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) and intelligent search mechanisms to generate accurate, contextual responses based on user queries. Hosted on AWS, the system benefits from high scalability, robust security, and seamless performance, enabling uninterrupted service delivery. The project aims to enhance financial inclusion by bridging the information gap between citizens and government initiatives. It further demonstrates the effectiveness of cloud-based conversational interfaces in improving public accessibility to financial schemes. The study concludes that MyYojana significantly streamlines the process of discovering suitable government programs, thereby supporting informed decision-making and promoting broader adoption of financial benefits.
