Abstract
The Online Courier Service System is a state-of-the-art electronic platform that aims to streamline and optimize package delivery operations using real-time tracking, smart routing, and user-friendly interfaces. This system narrows the gap between old-fashioned courier services and contemporary technological capabilities by proposing an effective and open solution for both recipients and senders.Users can order, follow shipments live through integrated GPS technology, receiveautomated notification, and interaction with delivery agents directly. The platformincludes dynamic route optimization via AI algorithms to minimize delivery timeand optimize resource utilization. The administrative dashboard also offersin-depth information on courier activity, parcel status, and performance statistics.Responsive web design and secure user authentication enable the platform to provideease of access and data security.
