Abstract

In todays rapidly evolving logistics landscape, efficient transportation strategies are critical for maintaining competitive advantage. This research focuses on the role of Full Truck Load (FTL) optimization in enhancing placement operations at Delhivery, one of Indias largest logistics providers.
