Abstract
With the development of digitization of administrative approaches, digital attendance systems have become a critical tool for businesses looking for performance and accuracy in personnel control. This study explores an optimized operational framework for virtual attendance structures, analyzing the technological advancements, protection considerations, and realistic packages. By integrating biometric authentication, cloud-based total garage, and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven analytics, the proposed framework enhances accuracy, prevents fraud, and improves organizational overall performance.
