Abstract
India is the worlds largest producer of milk, with the dairy sector playing a crucial role in the rural economy. In states like Andhra Pradesh, dairy farming is not only a source of nutrition but also a significant contributor to livelihoods. NTR District, in particular, has a thriving dairy industry supported by small-scale farmers, cooperatives, and private players. However, inefficiencies in the supply chainfrom milk collection to product distributionpose challenges that directly affect product quality and customer satisfaction.
