Utilizing a descriptive research design and data from 520 respondents through stratified random sampling, the study reveals that most customers shop online weekly, primarily using smartphones. Mid-range and budget-friendly purchases dominate, with groceries and apparel being the most frequently bought items. While digital payments like UPI and cards are widely used, Cash on Delivery remains significant.
