Abstract
This study explores the use of humanposture detection systems, powered bycomputer vision and machine learning, toenhance employee performance and well-beingin the workplace. By analyzing postures such assitting, standing, or slouching, the systemidentifies ergonomic risks, fatigue, andengagement levels in real time. It providesactionable feedback for posture correction,promoting healthier work habits and reducinginjury risks. Emphasizing privacy and ethicalconsiderations, the system ensures dataanonymity and consent. The results indicatethat posture detection can improve productivity,support ergonomic compliance, and foster ahealthier, more efficient work environment.
