AbstractProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM) is no longer a technical accessory but a strategic driver of competitive advantage in modern product-based industries. This paper presents a fresh perspective on how PLM redefines organizational workflows, digital transformation, customer alignment, and innovation acceleration. Moving beyond conventional implementation hurdles, the study repositions PLM as a business-wide digital spine, weaving together decision-making, supply chain, design thinking, and real-time collaboration.
