Abstract
Organizations must adequately plan for new events that happen every day due to economic, political, and technical uncertainties. Classic examples of these organizational changes are economic crises, national policy changes, and technology advancements. One of the economic phenomena that arises is seasonality, which calls for various types of management 1.The adoption of e-commerce in microenterprises has not been thoroughly examined, despite the fact that entrepreneurial incentives have long been linked to entrepreneurial behaviour in areas like investments or strategy creation. Similarly, small and medium-sized businesses have been the subject of the majority of e-commerce studies. As a result, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between micro-entrepreneursreasons for starting their firms, the obstacles they believe stand in their way of adopting the Internet, and the kinds of e-commerce initiatives they carry out. To make it easier to classify these organizations, demographic factors are also examined 2.Data democratization is becoming more widely acknowledged as a game-changing tactic for giving Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) fair access to cutting-edge analytics. Although big businesses have traditionally used data to inform strategic choices, MSEsparticularly inDue to a lack of infrastructure, budgetary limitations, and inadequate technical capacity, developing and underserved countries continue to be disadvantaged in the global data economy3.
