Abstract
The new norm for COVID 19 is to work from home or remotely. Most of the tasks or targets have been completed through online means, eliminating the need for face-to-face interaction and rushed workstations due to social isolation. The growth of technology during this era led to the use of artificial intelligence in various management functions.It empowers organizations to perform tasks more quickly and efficiently. The role of HR, recruitment, performance evaluation, and T&D were all enhanced by AI, just like other functions. Here are the articles that discuss the use of AI in different HR functions. The objective is also to investigate the various opportunities and challenges that come with using AI in HRM.According to the article, AI plays a crucial role in human resource departments by managing recruitment, hiring and performance evaluations, T&D, job assignment, work efficiency and workload reduction.
