Abstract
The rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed the way businesses operate and manage daily activities. Traditional manual systems are time-consuming, error-prone, and lack real-time insights. Smart Business Helper Systems have emerged as an effective solution to automate business processes, centralize data, and support data-driven decision-making.This survey paper reviews existing Smart Business Helper Systems, their features, benefits, challenges, and technological frameworks. The paper also analyzes how such systems improve efficiency, transparency, communication, and competitiveness in modern business environments. Finally, the study highlights research gaps and future directions for intelligent business management solutions.Based on the survey and comparative analysis of existing digital healthcare and management platforms, the paper proposes CareNest, a unified web-based system designed to address the limitations of fragmented and standalone solutions. CareNest integrates essential functionalities such as wellness information dissemination, appointment scheduling, product and service browsing, and administrative management into a single, cohesive platform. The proposed system emphasizes secure authentication, role-based access, and centralized data handling to ensure reliability and privacy of sensitive information.
