Abstract
This paper presents an AI-enabled desktop automation system designed to enhance user productivity through intelligent voice assistance, real-time activity tracking, and automated workflow support. The proposed Smart Desktop Concierge integrates speech recognition, natural language processing, and system-level monitoring to execute voice-based commands, track working and leisure application usage, and generate role-based productivity dashboards. The platform provides personalized insights for employees and aggregated analytics for administrators, ensuring transparent performance evaluation. A secure backend with continuous activity logging and offline-capable voice processing ensures reliability across varied environments.
