Abstract
In todays digital learning environment, students heavily rely on online platforms to understand academic concepts.1 However, most existing resources provide lengthy and text heavy explanations that fail to engage learners with different learning preferences. This creates a gap between information availability and effective comprehension.8 The identified problem is the lack of a personalized and interactive system that adapts content according to diverse learning styles.9 Hence, this project aims to develop Smart Learna web-based platform that simplifies learning by transforming a single topic into multiple engaging formats.3 The Smart Learn system is designed using Java Spring boot for the backend and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend.6 When a user enters a topic, the system processes it and presents four output formats: Simple Notes, Short Story, Flashcards, Keywords, Mock Test and MCQs. This multi-format generation enhances understanding and retention. 9 The project was tested with students, and the results showed improved engagement and conceptual clarity.2 The unique feature of Smart Learn lies in its multi-format adaptive learning mechanism, which automatically tailors content presentation to different cognitive preferences. In conclusion, Smart Learn bridges the gap between traditional text-based learning and interactive digital learning. 9 It promotes better comprehension, long-term memory retention, and active participation. The system can be further expanded by integrating more subjects, topics, and a mobile-friendly interface for broader accessibility. 8 This project contributes toward making education more adaptive, efficient, and enjoyable for learners.
