Abstract
The Smart Property Risk Detection & Monitoring Platform (SPRDMP) transforms property risk management in Telangana by leveraging AI and geospatial analytics. By analyzing the Telangana geospatial map, along with government datasets, satellite imagery, and user-reported data, SPRDMP identifies and classifies properties into Low (Green), Medium (Yellow), or High (Red) Risk Zones. Using advanced Machine Learning models like Random Forest, XGBoost, and Deep Learning, it evaluates factors such as proximity to HYDRAA-affected zones, encroachment density, and infrastructure trends.The platform creates dynamic buffer zones, red zones, and green zones, offering real-time updates on how far a property is from the nearest high-risk area. SPRDMP also features an interactive map powered by Leaflet.js and OpenStreetMap, allowing users to search, filter, and visualize risk zones.A crowdsourced validation system updates risk levels based on user input and anomaly detection.Real-time alerts notify property owners and investors about jurisdiction changes, and legal resources are provided for high-risk properties. SPRDMP is the first platform to offer such comprehensive, predictive risk assessment focused exclusively on Telangana, enabling smarter, data-driven property investment decisions with unparalleled accuracy and transparency.
