Abstract

This study examines how Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Talent Management (TM) influence organizational agility in the IT sector. By focusing on workforce forecasting, talent acquisition, leadership development, and digital integration, the research highlights how agile talent strategies enhance adaptability and responsiveness. A mixed-methods approach offers insights for building resilient, future-ready IT organizations.IntroductionRapid technological innovation, fierce competition, and ever-changing market needs define the extremely dynamic environment in which the information technology (IT) sector functions. Because of this, IT companies now consider organizational agilitywhich is the capacity to react quickly and efficiently to changes in the marketto be a strategic necessity. It is becoming more widely acknowledged that personnel management and strategic workforce planning are crucial tools for maintaining and improving this agility. With a focus on the applicability and efficacy of various HR practices in the IT industry, this study explores how they affect organizational agility.
