Abstract
This study examines how Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Talent Management (TM) influence organizational agility in the IT sector. By focusing on workforce forecasting, talent acquisition, leadership development, and digital integration, the research highlights how agile talent strategies enhance adaptability and responsiveness.
