Abstract

Human capital serves as the foundation of an organizations growth and long-term success. In todays dynamic corporate environmentwhere innovation, competition, and rapid technological change are the normthe need to hire the right talent has become more critical than ever. Recruitment and selection are two of the most vital components of Human Resource Management (HRM), acting as the gateway through which individuals enter the organization. These processes not only determine the quality of incoming talent but also shape workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational performance.
