Abstract

The entertainment world has really changed how we consume content, especially with the boom of digital streaming platforms. Netflix has been a game-changer in this shift, successfully rolling out a subscription-based pricing model. This approach lets users pay a regular fee to dive into a vast library of content, doing away with the hassle of one-time purchases or annoying ads. As the digital space heats up, keeping customers has become a key factor for success. Netflixs clever use of different pricing tiers, original shows, and personalized recommendations has set a high standard in the industry.
