However, recent technological advancements have opened up new avenues for improving learning, engagement, and assessment in PE. This paper examines the latest trends and developments in technological innovations in physical education, including wearable technology, virtual reality, augmented reality, gamification, and online resources. It evaluates the potential advantages and challenges of each technology, taking into account their effects on student motivation, skill development, inclusivity, and assessment methods.
