Abstract
ABSTRACT:Online shopping has revolutionized the global retail industry, reshaping consumer behavior and business strategies. This paper explores the growth, benefits, challenges and future trends of e-commerce. It examines how technological advancements, including artificial intelligence, big data and mobile commerce have enhanced the online shopping experience. Additionally, the study discusses key concerns such as cybersecurity threats, privacy issues and the digital divide. By analyzing consumer preferences and industry trends, this research provides insights into how businesses can adapt to the rapidly changing digital marketplace. The findings suggest that online shopping will continue to expand, driven by innovation and evolving customer expectations.
