Abstract
The emergence of 10-minute delivery platforms has reshaped the modern retail ecosystem, posing significant challenges to traditional brick-and-mortar stores. This study investigates the impact of ultra-fast delivery services on consumer behavior, foot traffic, and overall sales in conventional retail environments. By examining current trends, customer preferences, and the strategic responses of traditional retailers, the research identifies both the risks and opportunities presented by this new model. The findings indicate that while quick-commerce intensifies competition and reduces instore visits, embracing digital tools and hybrid retail models can help traditional businesses remain competitive.
