Abstract
The introduction of online education, or e-learning, has brought about a radical shift in the educational landscape. While education has become more affordable, accessible, and high-quality, many of its advantages have also changed. Every adverse consequence is visible as well. This area includes the connection between health and online education. Nonetheless, it is required of an educated individual to establish the conditions necessary for a healthy life. However, it becomes imperative to consider it when the various techniques for obtaining knowledge begin to impede its goal. Keeping this requirement in mind, this article aims to determine the ways and amount to which the online education system is impacting our mental and physical well-being and how it may be influenced so that we can avoid its negative consequences and enjoy the benefits of online learning. This article examines the advantages and disadvantages of online learning for health, taking into account variables including stress, depression, sedentary behavior, screen time, social interaction, and insomnia. This article reviews the relevant literature using both analytical and observational methodologies. According to the student, physical and mental health are being significantly impacted by online learning.
