Abstract
In todays digital work environment, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are significantly transforming how employee training is conducted. These technologies are being increasingly utilized to improve learning experiences, boost employee performance, and enhance overall organizational efficiency. This research paper investigates the influence of AI and ML on contemporary training programs, focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of AI-driven tools in improving learning outcomes and performance, understanding employee attitudes toward AI-based learning platforms, and analyzing how AI-powered training contributes to skill development and organizational growth. Drawing upon secondary sources such as scholarly articles, industry publications, and real-world business case studies, the paper offers valuable insights into the evolving role of AI in training and development. The study highlights the rising dependence on intelligent training systems and identifies key elements essential for their effective integration.
