Abstract
AbstractArtificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming organizational management by introducing data-driven efficiency, predictive accuracy, and enhanced employee engagement strategies. In the domain of Human Resource Planning (HRP) and Employee Management, AI tools such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing are streamlining recruitment, workforce forecasting, training, and performance evaluation. This paper examines the integration of AI in HR functions, identifies its benefits and challenges, and explores case studies from global and Indian enterprises. Findings indicate that AI not only optimizes HR decision-making but also personalizes employee experiences, although ethical, legal, and organizational readiness issues remain critical for sustainable adoption.
