Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a transformative technology in banking, enabling high levels of service personalization that align with modern customer expectations. This paper explores the application of AI technologiesspecifically machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analyticsin developing personalized banking experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. AI not only facilitates targeted financial solutions but also optimizes operational efficiencies. However, the rapid deployment of AI raises challenges, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency concerns. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of AI's role in personalized banking, covering its benefits, challenges, and future implications. The findings underscore that while AI holds great potential for enhancing customer experience, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance remain critical for its successful integration.
