Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital technology has revolutionized numerous industries, with the food delivery sector experiencing some of the most transformative changes. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain, and automation has significantly enhanced the efficiency, speed, and personalization of food delivery services. Consumers now have access to seamless online ordering, real-time tracking, and personalized recommendations, reshaping how they interact with food service providers.The global demand for online food delivery has surged due to evolving consumer preferences, increasing urbanization, and the convenience of digital platforms. Companies such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Zomato have leveraged innovative technologies to streamline operations, optimize logistics, and improve customer satisfaction. Moreover, the emergence of cloud kitchens and virtual restaurants has redefined the traditional restaurant model, allowing businesses to operate with lower overhead costs while expanding their reach.Despite these advancements, the digital food revolution presents challenges, including data security concerns, regulatory compliance, and the environmental impact of packaging and delivery logistics.
