Triple Bands T Shaped Monopole Antenna for WLAN, WiMAX and C Bands Applications

Abstract
In the paper triple bands T shaped monopole antenna for WLAN, WiMAX and C bands has been presented. The consists of proposed antenna is T shaped cut in the patch with add strip right on the patch so generated multiband operation. The frequency operation has been achieved (2.30-2.84 GHz)2.4GHz, (3.5-5.9GHz)4.2GHz and (7.3-8.4GHz)7.7GHz and calculated impedance bandwidth are 22.50% for WLAN application at 2.4GHz, 57.14% for WiMAX application at 4.2GHz and 14.29% for C band application at 7.7GHz. The proposed antenna size is more miniaturized and simulated proposed antenna on FR-4dielectric material with loss tangent 0.01 and height of substrate is 0.8mm with _4 ground plane. The proposed antenna is achieved Omni-directional radiation pattern with microstrip feed line used in the proposed antenna. The proposed antenna has been occupied total area is 29 380.8 mm3, is equal to 881.6 mm3. The proposed antenna Gain has been achieved 5.87 dBi at 2.4GHz, 4.84 dBi at 4.2 GHz and 2.89 dBi at 7.7 GHz.
