Abstract
India's financial landscape has been profoundly changed by the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), which has led to a thorough examination of its usage trends and customer satisfaction. The usage of UPI (Unified Payment Interface) has witnessed a remarkable growth in recent years, revolutionizing the way financial transactions are conducted in India. UPI serves as a real-time payment system that enables seamless and instant fund transfer between bank accounts through a digital device. UPI Apps helps the user to manage finance more conveniently and faster. The digital payment system not only transformed person-to-person transactions but also been integrated into various spheres including online shopping, bill payments and even by the street vendors. The studies show that simplicity, security and user-friendliness encourage the users to use UPI apps repeatedly. The incorporation of various bank accounts into a single interface, smooth transactions and strong security features like two-factor authentication are the main determinants of user customer satisfaction.
