Abstract
Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) are a subcategory of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) specifically designed to support communication between moving vehicles and roadside infrastructure. These networks play a critical role in enabling real-time vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication to improve road safety, traffic efficiency, and overall transportation systems.
