Abstract
This paper presents Vishwanaths Law of Dynamic Mass-Energy Redistribution, which introduces a novel framework for analyzing mass-energy interactions in high-energy, non-inertial systems. By incorporating spatial acceleration, internal energy flux, and entropy gradients, this law extends classical and relativistic models. The mathematical formulation of the theory is derived and its implications in fields such as missile technology and astrophysics are discussed.
