Abstract
### AbstractA Voice-Based Mail System for Disabled Individuals is an assistive technology designed to enhance accessibility in digital communication for users with physical or visual impairments. This system leverages advanced voice recognition and text-to-speech technologies to enable users to send, receive, and manage emails using voice commands, bypassing the need for a traditional keyboard or screen interaction. The proposed system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) for command recognition and context understanding, ensuring intuitive and efficient navigation of email functionalities. Key features include composing and sending emails via speech, reading out incoming messages, organizing inboxes, and enabling hands-free email search and management. By prioritizing user-friendly design and compatibility with existing email platforms, this solution aims to bridge the communication gap for individuals with disabilities, promoting inclusivity and independence. Future enhancements may involve multilingual support, sentiment analysis for message tone, and integration with smart assistants, further broadening its utility and impact. This innovation reflects a commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing them with tools to participate fully in the digital world.
