Abstract
Zoro is an AI-powered task automation platform that aims to transform internal communication in startups by automating email workflows using voice commands. The platform uses the Vosk library for high-accuracy real-time voice recognition to allow users to send role-based, task-specific emails with ease. Zoro is developed as a web application with Python and Flask, and it incorporates structured data in JSON format to dynamically determine recipients based on their roles. Using the smtplib library, it provides secure and effective email transmission with the implementation of strong error-handling mechanisms to ensure system stability. The user interface is carefully developed with a sleek violet-purple theme, built upon HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for a responsive and engaging experience on any device. To provide security to sensitive data, Zoro uses session-based authentication and role-based access controls for ensuring a secure and glitch-free workflow. The platform is built to be scalable, supporting concurrent email sending and being future-proof for mobile deployment on platforms such as the Play Store. Zoro gives startups an easy, automated communications system that decreases operational lag time, increases productivity, and presents a voice-based method of innovative business communication that promotes efficiency and dependability in daily operations.
