Peer Review Process
Paper Submission
- The corresponding author should submit the paper online using this link.
- After submission, a paper ID is sent to the author.
- Paper review takes 24–48 hours.
- The author will be guided by email for further steps and can track progress using the paper ID.
Editorial Board
- Checks plagiarism, formatting, and compliance with author guidelines.
- Ensures the paper falls within the scope of IJPREMS; unsuitable papers are rejected.
- Assigns the paper to reviewers with relevant expertise.
- Articles undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Two reviewers independently assess the manuscript and provide comments.
- Reviewers rate quality, relevance, and originality, and recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection.
Evaluation Parameters
The final decision is based on:
- Innovation: Originality, contribution to knowledge, relevance.
- Quality: Clarity, logic, English, layout, thoroughness.
- Relevance: Impact on society, economy, or scientific community.
Possible Decisions:

- Minor/Major Revisions
- Reject and Resubmission Suggested
- Reject
Confirmation & Communication
All decisions are confirmed by the Editor-in-Chief. Authors receive reviewer comments and anonymized feedback via email. Revised manuscripts are resubmitted until final approval.
Final Steps
If accepted, the author receives an acceptance email and must submit the copyright form. The article is published online under a CC-BY-NC-ND license within 4 hours of completing requirements, and a certificate of publication is sent to the author.

Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on scholarly merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or political beliefs.
Copyright Policy
Authors retain copyright but must sign a copyright agreement under CC-BY-NC-ND. This allows users to reuse, download, print, and distribute the article with proper credit. IJPREMS is permitted to publish, distribute, adapt, and archive the article in all forms and media.
Author Rights
