Paper Publication Process
IJPREMS accepts papers from engineering, management, science, technology, business, health science, medical science, pharmacy, biotechnology, material science, and other research areas in the form of review papers, final papers, theses, research articles, or case studies. Submitted papers are reviewed within 24 hours after submission and published online within 2 hours with DOI after receiving publication fees and copyright form.
Process of Paper Publication
- Author submits paper/research article in Word format through the link provided on the homepage or by email at editor@ijprems.com.
- After submission, a paper ID is sent to the author and the paper is sent to the editorial board for pre-screening.
- If accepted by the editorial board, two reviewers are assigned to review the paper independently and provide feedback (accepted, rejected, or modify & resubmit).
- If accepted by the reviewers, a letter of acceptance is sent to the author from the editorial office.
- The author must send the copyright agreement along with payment details within the given time limit.
- After completing all steps, the paper/article is published online in the respective volume/issue and sent to the author with a certificate of publication.

Article Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Articles submitted and accepted for review but not yet published may be withdrawn if they violate journal publishing policies (plagiarism, multiple submission, bogus authorship claims, fraudulent use of ideas/data, etc.).
IJPREMS discourages unwarranted withdrawal of manuscripts. Refunds are considered depending on the situation, keeping in mind the time and effort spent by reviewers, editors, and staff.
- Authors must follow publication ethics and show patience during the process.
- Papers are reviewed within 24 hours and published online within 2 hours after acceptance and payment.
- Papers can be withdrawn without fees if requested within 4 hours of submission or before acceptance for review.
- Refunds: If a paper is not published or is withdrawn before publication, fees will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
- Withdrawal due to acceptance by another journal is unacceptable.
- Authors must carefully check data, facts, and authorship before submission.
- No corrections are allowed once published online; extra charges apply for corrections.
- Papers cannot be withdrawn after peer review or publication. Publication charges, if paid, will not be refunded.
- The IJPREMS Editorial Board may issue a formal manuscript withdrawal letter.
- If found that the paper is unrelated to the authors’ branch of study, IJPREMS reserves the right to withdraw or reject it.
Copyright Policy
Authors must submit a copyright agreement under an open access license (CC-BY NC-ND). Authors retain ownership of their work but grant IJPREMS rights for distribution and archiving. Proper credit must always be given to authors and the source.
Author Rights:
- Reuse ideas or data in future research.
- Reproduce copies for academic, teaching, or coaching purposes.
- Use the article in presentations (conferences, seminars, etc.).
- Grant permission to reuse tables or figures.
Rights Granted to IJPREMS:
- Reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and translate the work.
- Create derivatives from the work.
- Make the article available in all media formats, including new technologies.
- Enforce copyright on behalf of the author.
Author Warranties and Definitions
Authors must acknowledge and guarantee:
- The submission is original and their own work.
- The work has not been published elsewhere and is not under review elsewhere.
- All third-party material is cited, and permissions obtained where required.
- The study contains no plagiarized content.
- They are responsible if rewriting or republishing someone else’s work without originality.
