Abstract
Advanced image processing techniques to enhance image clarity and extract meaningful information, particularly for applications in medical imaging, remote sensing, and multimedia. It evaluatesmethods such as U-Net for segmentation, SuperResolution for clarity enhancement, Deep Image Prior for denoising and inpainting, GANs for image generation, Spatial Resolution improvements, Autoencoders for feature extraction, and Fourier Transform for frequency analysis. Tools like MATLAB, Python, and OpenCV are used. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses assess each method's effectiveness. Enhanced image clarity supports critical tasks in security, healthcare, satellite imaging, and AI systems like OCR and autonomous vehicles.
