Abstract
One of the most deadly cancers is pancreatic cancer (PC). Delays in diagnosis and early metastases are major contributors to PC's high fatality rate. Consequently, in order to increase survival rates, it is imperative to develop novel treatment targets for PC patients. a significant barThe existence of a hypoxic tumor microenvironment, which is linked to a poor prognosis, treatment resistance, increased invasion, and metastasis, is rier to effective PC treatment. It may be possible to create new therapeutic approaches to prevent PC from developing and metastasizing as a result of the identification of several unique chemicals and pathways in PC cells that promote the growth of cancer cells in hypoxic environments. This paper gives an outline of the most recent findings about hypoxia in PCs and describes how the available treatments work.1
