Abstract
This study delves into the comprehensive examination of the Employee Welfare Policy implemented by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) in Chennai. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness and impact of IOCL's welfare initiatives on employee well-being, satisfaction, and overall organizational performance. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and quantitative surveys to gather insights from employees. By exploring the various facets of the welfare policy, such as healthcare benefits, work-life balance provisions, and skill development programs, the research seeks to identify strengths, areas of improvement, and their influence on employee morale.
