Abstract
Flexible work timing has evolved from a trend to a strategic necessity in todays dynamic work environment. HR professionals, who handle time-sensitive and high-pressure responsibilities, benefit significantly from flexible schedules in managing work-life balance. This study examines how flexible timing impacts their motivation, retention, engagement, job satisfaction, and productivity. It also explores whether flexible scheduling enhances long-term retention and organizational commitment within the HR sector.
