Abstract
The agricultural sector remains a cornerstone of Africas economic stability, contributing significantly to employment, food security, and overall GDP. However, Africa's agro-commerce ecosystem faces multiple challenges that hinder its growth, including inefficiencies, vulnerability to climate change, and increasing exposure to digital and cyber risks (FAO, 2020). As the sector increasingly adopts digital technologies to enhance productivity and market access, the risks associated with cyber threats, data breaches, and system vulnerabilities have escalated (Munyua, 2021). At the same time, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool for optimizing agricultural processes, improving decision-making, and fostering sustainability (Gommes et al., 2021).
