Abstract
Data is a crucial asset in the current digital landscape. Ensuring data accuracy and privacy is critical in areas like finance, healthcare, and supply chain management. Block chain, which is a decentralized and immutable ledger, has emerged as a promising solution to address these concerns. This research investigates how block chain can enhance data accuracy and privacy. We explore its fundamental principles, cryptographic foundations, real-world applications, existing challenges, and potential.
