Abstract
With the growing use of social media and online communication platforms, cyber-bullying has emerged as serious and widespread issue, especially among teenagers. Cyber-bullying is a big problem today, especially on social medial platforms like Facebook and Whats-App. It can happen at any time and often hurts people emotionally. In this project we created a web-based system that can automatically detect cyber-bullying messages. The system is built using Java and Spring Boot and uses a dataset from Kaggle to help identify harmful or abusive messages. Users can register and send messages through the platform. When a message is sent, the system checks it to see if it contains bullying. If it does, the admin gets a warning and can block the user if needed. This system helps make online communication safer by stopping harmful messages before they cause more damage.
