Abstract
Abstract: The treatment of genetic diseases has historically been challenging due to the complexity and variability of these disorders. However, advancements in the development of small molecule drugs and the identification of target proteins have opened new avenues for therapeutic interventions. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the current state of research on small molecule drugs and their interactions with target proteins, emphasizing the importance of personalized medicine, bioinformatics, and the integration of computational tools in the drug discovery process. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges and future directions in the field, highlighting the potential for breakthroughs in the treatment of genetic diseases.
