Abstract
This research paper explores the ethical issuesinherent in Human Resource Management (HRM)focusing on the implications of these challenges fororganizations and their employees. Ethical dilemmas inHRM encompass a range of topics includingdiscrimination in hiring practices unfair performanceappraisals privacy violations and inequitablecompensation. These issues not only affect employeemorale and organizational culture but can also lead tolegal repercussions and damage to an organizationreputation. By reviewing existing literature and casestudies this paper aims to identify best practices foraddressing ethical concerns in HRM and fostering aworkplace environment that prioritizes integrity andfairness.
