Abstract
Gastritis, characterized by inflammation of the gastric mucosa, remains a prevalent and globally significant gastrointestinal disorder. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, a key contributor to gastritis, has been implicated in a spectrum of digestive diseases, from gastritis to peptic ulcers and gastric malignancies. This article explores the intricate relationship between H. pylori infection, gastritis, and the crucial role of digestive endoscopy in diagnosis and management.The objective of this study is to enhance understanding of the intricate relationship between H. pylori and gastritis, emphasizing the diagnostic utility of digestive endoscopy. The findings contribute to clinical decision-making and the development of targeted therapeutic strategies, addressing the broader implications of gastritis for public health.
