Abstract
In this study, -amylase was immobilized on glass beads, which are manufactured for laboratory work. To prove that -amylase was immobilized on glass beads FTIR and SEM study were done. In next step pH study, thermal stability and reusability of support beads reactor were done. Application of immobilized enzyme on glass bead reactors was performed treatment with pineapple juice, sugarcane juice and watermelon juice and in cloth washing. In addition, this study introduces new achievement of immobilized enzyme.
