Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research investigates the impact of work-life balance (WLB) practices on employee HR dynamics at HCL Technologies. The study aims to assess the current WLB policies implemented by HCL, focusing on their effectiveness in enhancing employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention. It seeks to identify employeesperceptions of WLB and the challenges they face in achieving balance between work and personal life. The study employs a sample size of 79 employees from HCL Technologies and utilizes statistical tools such as SPSS and Smart PLS for data analysis.Key objectives include evaluating the perceived impact of WLB on employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention, as well as assessing the effectiveness of existing WLB programs such as flexible work arrangements and wellness initiatives. The research benchmarks HCL's practices against industry standards to provide insights into best practices and areas for improvement.Findings from this study are intended to offer actionable recommendations to HCL Technologies aimed at optimizing HR strategies and fostering a supportive work environment. By understanding employeesperspectives on WLB and addressing their needs, HCL can potentially enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness.KEYWORDS: Job satisfaction, Employee Retention, Employee Productivity.
