Abstract

This study intends to examine the efficacy of Human Resource Policies in fostering individual growth and organizational goal attainment, aiming to design a comprehensive HR Policy manual. Data was collected primarily through a questionnaire administered to 100 employees across various designations, supplemented by secondary data analysis. While the written policy is exemplary in its commitment to development and teamwork, the findings revealed a critical dichotomy characterized by widespread employee dissatisfaction with communication transparency, a lack of appropriate recognition and rewards, and concerns over fair compensation. Key recommendations include establishing a more scientific wage system, implementing flexible recognition programs, and adopting a full-proof communication and 360-degree feedback system to align policy intent with operational practice.
