Abstract
This study focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into training and development practices in organizations, with a focus on the IT sector. It emphasizes the potential of AI technologies, such as intelligent tutoring systems, virtual reality simulations, natural language processing, and chatbots, in enhancing learning outcomes, personalization, and efficiency. The abstract also acknowledges the challenges associated with AI integration, including ethical considerations and the need for clear guidelines and frameworks. It further explores the applications of AI in training and development, such as automated assessment, adaptive learning platforms, recommender systems, and gamification. The abstract emphasizes the importance of leadership commitment, strategic alignment, clear objectives, data quality, infrastructure, ethics, change management, collaboration, user experience, and continuous evaluation for the successful implementation of AI in training and development.
